Refund policy is if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate the return. Please email email@example.com. From that point you have an additional 3 days to physically return the item (s) and provide us with the tracking number for in store credit ONLY. Merchandise must be unused and in original condition. After 5 days of delivery no returns/exchanges. Buyer is responsible to initiate return and pay return shipping.
Returns that do not meet this criteria will be denied and returned to shipper.
Non returnable items include Gift Cards and Beauty products.
Orders that are processed through AfterPay will still be billed in 4 equal payments. The return is still offered an in store credit for the amount paid. The return doesn’t nullify the Afterpay agreement.
If your product arrives damage you need to contact us within 48 hours and and provide photos of the damaged merchandise. Based on the damage….we will consider either replacing or issuing an in store credit.
